Synopsis Nothing to Declare: 1 January 1993: Passage to Europe. Two customs, one Belgian, one French, learn the speedy disappearance of their border post located in the town of Courquain Koorkin France and Belgium.
francophobic from father to son and Belgian customs overzealous, Ruben Vandevoorde (Benoit Poelvoorde) is compelled and forced to inaugurate the first Flying Squad joint Franco-Belgian.
His French colleague, Mathias Ducatel (Dany Boon), considered by Ruben as its enemy, is secretly in love with his sister. He surprised everyone by agreeing to become the teammate of Vandevoorde and ride with him Country roads border aboard a 4L intercept international customs.
The Chronicle of Nothing to Declare: packed ... rather bulletproof! No space for the latest arrivals ... Nothing to declare he has to pretty much the same success as Welcome to the Sticks?? In any case I much preferred the latter over the previous film by Danny Boon. Humor finer and more developed, actors who will give heart to joy, people laugh, I laughed, so yes this film is a great comedy! The actors are really great, I think Lanners, Benoit Poelvoorde, Danny Boon, Francois Damiens, Bruno Locher, and Laurent Gamelon. Laurent Gamelon really made me think in this film to Bernard Blier, same mouth, same register even mention! The story and gags are hilarious situation, so yes, I have done very well going to the movies last night to see this movie!
